With it comes a new TALK, four-part video series, and online marketplace called “Your Mindset is Your PAL.” Your Mindset is Your PAL is a process and marketplace filled with valuable resources. Both are specifically geared to help individuals successfully solve their biggest goals and day to day life challenges. One of the key motivators for Swati was to design a marketplace where visitors can gain valuable insights into all aspects of life. The focus being not just professional and career help, but guidance in their personal growth, their relationships, and their health.

They are passionate about creating meaningful connections that bring value to clients and candidates.
